Hello,
I have been knitting Bri's birthday socks and am now teaching Mom to make them. I teach beginning knitting and sock knitting at Serendipity Yarn Store. Today I used Bri's sock pattern to teach for the very first time. It worked great because they are on size 6 needles instead of 1's or 2's. I can't tell you how many times I have knit Bri's socks before I found a pair that I think she will enjoy.
We still have snow from the 8th of December. It is a solid sheet of ice under everything. I am finially saying I am tired of the snow and cold. I talked to my brother in Montana and he said it is snowing there today. UCK, that sometimes means we will be getting some more snow. It has been a very cold winter.
Nothing to exciting here in the mountains to write about. Maybe by next Sunday there will be some news! Until next time..........

She's going to love those! They're perfect for her :-) It's been cold here too...well, cold for us. There's supposed to be a front coming in from AK, hence the cold wind and rain. Brrrr...I hope things liven up a bit for you :-)
I love the socks you knit. I manage to sew some... but I'm more of a big project once a year kind of crafter. Just don't find time for much else!
This winter is a cold one here in Scotland... alternating snow - rain - ice - and then freakishly warm days out of the blue to lull us into a sense of security before BAM sleet!
Oh well... that's what a fire and a good book are for!!!
